The Customer bears the direct cost of return.
The Seller returns all payments received from the Customer, including the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, no later than 7 days after the returned goods are received.
Complaints regarding the defect of products may be submitted to the Seller using the Contact Form available on the Online Store website, by phone or in any other form specified by law.
Momo Company undertakes to consider the claim within 14 days from the date of its submission.
